What we collect
When you register for a session we collect only your full name, mobile number and email address. We do not ask for anything more.
Why we collect it
To confirm your registration, send you the joining link and reminders for the session you signed up for, and share related updates and resources. By registering you consent to receive these updates.
How it is stored
Your details are stored securely. We record a one-way, irreversible hash of your network address for abuse prevention — we never store your raw IP address.
How long we keep it
We retain registration data for up to 730 days, after which records marked for deletion are permanently removed.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. We will action deletion requests promptly.
